Seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker with expertise in progressive die stamping. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting progressive dies to support high-volume metal stamping operations.

Build, assemble, and maintain progressive stamping dies.

Operate machining equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM.

Troubleshoot die and production issues to reduce downtime and improve quality.

Perform die repairs, sharpening, and preventative maintenance.

Support die tryouts, inspections, and engineering changes.

Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, GD&T, and production specifications.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams.

Maintain tooling records and mentor junior toolmakers as needed.

10+ years of tool and die experience, with a strong focus on progressive stamping.

Expertise in multi-station progressive dies and high-volume metal stamping.

Strong blueprint reading and machining skills.

Experience with mills, grinders, EDM, and related tool room equipment.

Knowledge of press setup, die timing, clearances, and tooling adjustments.

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
