Job Overview
Summary: The role of the Administrative Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the Wireless Communication service center. The position is in an office setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide receptionist duties to answer phones, greet and assist walk-in customers during normal business hours.
· Open and close the facility daily (Monday – Friday). Currently business hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; may be - subject to change.
· Provide administrative support to sales force as required.
· Assisting with the shipping and receiving of goods.
· Coordinate and schedule project activities for technicians and installers.
· Update customer data collection systems as contractually required (Asset Management).
· Gathering, analyzing and organizing data for service center billing.
· Maintaining detailed records and files.
· Computing, verifying and balancing statistical tables.
· Keeping accurate accounting ledgers in Peachtree.
· Computer entry and knowledge to input, track and retrieve data.
· Prepare standard forms, billing documents and compose correspondence to customers and other Wireless facilities to provide/obtain status or resolve discrepancies.
· Maintain detailed receivable reports.
· Collect customer receivables.
· Perform accounts payable functions.
· Arrange customer equipment shipments/pickup.
· Dispatch service calls.
· Provide guidance and maintain inventory levels and accuracy.
· Interface with the Service Manager to satisfy and resolve customer service problems.
· Coordinate Wireless and Motorola resources to resolve equipment, system and network issues.
· Communicate and meet with customer representatives to ensure quality service and response times to provide best in class customer service.
· Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent is required.
· Customer service training and/or experience is beneficial.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft suite and Peachtree financial software.
Knowledge & Skills:
· Excellent communications (written and oral), organization and analytical skills.
· Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations ranging from addition to percentages.
· Use discretion in handling confidential information.
· Ability to prioritize workloads, assign work tasks and provide training to others.
· Able to lift/maneuver loads up to 20 pounds and to perform bending/stooping motions.
· Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly, monthly deadlines.
· Excellent customer service attitude.

· Ability to work independently and operate effectively and professionally under pressure.

· Routine 8 hour shift in an office setting; may be subject to irregular hours (some overtime may be required) based on departmental demands. This position is 100% on site.

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
