Diamond Products is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined person who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and interacting with customers.
This is an entry-level position. No commercial equipment experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training.
You'll split your time between making product deliveries and assisting our experienced Service Technicians in the field. For the right person, this position offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time Commercial Service Technician, servicing commercial dishwashing equipment throughout Montana.

What You'll Do:
Deliver Products
- Pull and assemble customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.
- Deliver products to customer locations throughout the Helena area and surrounding communities.
- Verify deliveries and ensure customers receive the correct products.
- Build positive relationships with customers during deliveries.
Warehouse Operations
- Receive incoming inventory and inspect shipments.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Keep the warehouse and showroom clean, organized, and safe.
- Help identify inventory shortages and communicate with the office and sales team.
Learn the Service Trade
You'll work alongside experienced technicians and receive on-the-job training.
Training includes:
- Assisting with installation of commercial chemical dispensing equipment.
- Learning basic troubleshooting of commercial dishwashing and laundry systems.
- Helping with preventative maintenance and service calls.
- Installing dispensers and supporting customer requests.
- Developing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
No previous service experience is necessary. We will teach you.
Customer Service
- Provide friendly, professional service to every customer.
- Answer basic customer questions during deliveries.
- Occasionally assist customers in our retail store or by phone.
General Responsibilities
- Perform basic maintenance around the facility as needed.
- Keep company vehicles clean and report maintenance concerns.
- Work closely with the Service Manager, Sales Team, and Office Staff.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Dependable and punctual.
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using hand tools.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Friendly and professional with customers.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable bending, kneeling, and working in commercial kitchens.
- Comfortable driving in all Montana weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Montana driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic mechanical, electrical, construction, automotive, maintenance, farming, or equipment experience is a plus, but not required.
