Duties:
- Conduct land surveys using various surveying instruments and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate field notes, sketches, maps, and legal descriptions.
- Utilize robotics and GPS technology to collect data and measurements.
- Analyze survey data and create detailed reports for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for surveying projects.
- Perform boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, practices, and techniques.
- Experience with drafting software such as AutoCAD
- Familiarity with GIS software
- Ability to operate surveying instruments including total stations and GPS receivers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication
