Our Associate Wealth Advisor (Associate) is responsible for assisting in Private Client Services in the areas of investment management, financial planning, and general client support. Associates will work closely with a Wealth Advisor (Partner) to provide primary day-to-day support, conduct research, produce deliverables, and gather valuable practical training and professional wealth management experience. Associates may interact directly with Styre clients or retirement plan participants from time-to-time under the direction from the Partner and are responsible for providing service in line with Styre’s high expectations. Success in this role will require skills in project management, accuracy, timeliness, strict attention to detail, along with the ability to propose realistic and innovative “real world” solutions for our clients.
While we evaluate applicants in many ways, a competitive applicant must have:
- A CFP, CPA, or CFA designation and/or an advanced degree(s) from a competitive university
- Relevant experience managing investments or serving high-net-worth investors directly
- Positive attitude, competitive spirit, and intellectual curiosity
- A strong desire to advance in our organization over the long-term
Compensation varies depending on the applicant, but includes a competitive base salary, incentive opportunities, and retirement benefits to eligible employees. We also offer health insurance, paid time off, and other industry perks.
