Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining service quality, and leading the team to ensure efficient execution and profitability.
Openings available in New York, Boston, and Los Angeles (1 position per location).
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure sales targets are achieved
Maintain food quality, consistency, and service standards
Handle customer complaints and unexpected situations professionally
Uphold and protect the restaurant’s brand image
2. Team Management
Create and manage staff schedules
Recruit, train, and evaluate front-line employees
Build a reliable and high-performing team
3. Cost Control
Monitor and control labor costs, food waste, and operating expenses
Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize profitability
4. Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with New York food safety and labor regulations
Enforce sanitation, safety, and anti-harassment policies
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Store Manager
Fluent in both Chinese and English
Strong ability to work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing a chain restaurant is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary: $90,000+ per year
Quarterly Bonus
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
