Quality One Restoration is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to grow our client base and build strong referral partnerships. This is a high-energy, relationship-focused role with strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
Generate new business through networking and relationship building
Develop partnerships with plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, and insurance professionals
Conduct in-person meetings and deliver sales presentations
Manage a consistent schedule of client visits and follow-ups
Track leads, sales activity, and account growth
Provide excellent customer service to drive repeat business
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in outside sales (restoration/construction preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Ability to manage multiple accounts and a large territory
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Local connections and industry contacts are a plus
