Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any urgent issues
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Assist office staff with maintenance items, unit turns, grounds
Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Availability for on-call duty as needed
- HVAC certification
