As our AT&T Wireless campaigns continue to grow, we're looking for an Event Assistant to support retail events and promotional activations in partnership with big-box retailers. In this role, you'll engage directly with shoppers, introduce AT&T's wireless products and promotions, answer questions and help deliver a high-converting, memorable event experience.
Here's what your day-to-day looks like...
- Represent AT&T professionally at retail events, in-store activations, and promotional campaigns hosted at partner retail locations
- Welcome customers, answer questions, and introduce current wireless products, devices, plans, and promotions
- Help customers determine which products or services best fit their needs through one-on-one conversations
- Assist with new wireless activations, account upgrades, and eligible service changes
- Set up, maintain, and organize event displays to ensure a professional customer experience
- Build positive relationships with customers through friendly, knowledgeable, and consultative interactions
- Accurately complete customer information and required sales documentation
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily event and sales goals
- Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and service offerings through ongoing training

- A willingness to learn sales, customer service, and event marketing techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions, or sales is helpful but not required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
Pay: $22.57 - $23.81 per hour
