Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Rowlett, TX
Pay Range: $72,000-$75,000 base salary, and incentive bonus plan
We’re hiring a Service Manager to lead our service department in —driving performance, improving workflow, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage technicians, oversee daily operations, and take ownership of service results.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow
Manage and develop Service Technicians
Drive key metrics: service revenue, productivity, turnaround time, customer satisfaction
Partner with Sales and Parts to support operations
Oversee work orders, billing, and inventory
Systems & Tools
Work within a Dealer Management System (DMS) (DealerTeam preferred)
Use Excel and reporting tools to track performance and KPIs
Maintain accurate scheduling, documentation, and service records
Strong computer literacy and system discipline are essential for success.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of automotive/service experience
2+ years leadership experience managing technicians
Experience with DMS systems (required)
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills

Willingness to work indoors in a well vented and well lighted repair shop
Comfortability working in a shop that at times is noisy due to power and machine equipment
Comfortability working with dirty, greasy parts and working in awkward positions
Ability to move heavy parts/machinery up to 30 pounds
