MIND, BODY, SOULMATES INDIVIDUAL AND COUPLES COUNSELING
Independent Contractor — Couples and Family Therapist
Relational Life Therapy (RLT) training required or willing to complete upon hire
Remote, In-Person, and Hybrid Options | Wheat Ridge, CO
Mind, Body, Soulmates is a group therapy practice providing individual, couples, and family therapy across many different family dynamics. We serve clients in Wheat Ridge and throughout Colorado online.
Our mission is to help clients understand who they are and why they behave the way they do, through compassion and empathy. Our licensed and experienced therapists offer a non-judgmental space for healing, with treatment plans built individually around scientifically proven modalities. Our collective goal is that clients experience growth on their journey with us — and that we experience our own growth in working with them.
We are looking for a licensed therapist who has experience with and enjoys working with couples and families and who is trained in a specific modality such as Gottman, EFT, PACT, RLT or others. Mind, Body, Soulmates has a strong reputation in the community and continues to grow and expand our treatment options. Candidates should be authentic, independent, experienced, creative, collaborative, and professional.
We specialize in providing treatment for:
- Relationships (couples, adult children with adult parents, siblings, families, individuals etc.)
- Family trauma and attachment issues
- Trauma/EMDR
- Identity concerns
- Anxiety/depression
- Life transitions
- Neurodivergence
A note on RLT
Relational Life Therapy is a highly requested modality by our clients for its no bullshit approach. It's a direct, active model — you take a position, you name what you see, and you hold both partners accountable rather than staying neutral.
We're looking for someone who is either already RLT-trained or genuinely wants to be. If you've completed Level I (or higher), that's ideal. If you haven't but the model resonates with how you already work, we'll support you in getting there — we expect Level I training to be completed within the first month of starting.
What we can't work with is indifference to the model. If a directive, coaching-forward approach to couples isn't something you want to grow into, this won't be the right fit.
