Northbound Treatment Network is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to serve as a Healthcare Liaison supporting clients across our detox and residential substance use disorder programs.
This role plays a key part in coordinating medical and psychiatric care while ensuring clients receive safe, timely, and compassionate support throughout treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care & Medical Coordination
- Assess and support client medical and psychiatric needs
- Administer medications (including injections) and maintain accurate MARs
- Assist with medication orders, refills, and treatment implementation
- Coordinate psychiatric evaluations, follow-ups, and lab services
- Perform basic medical procedures (EKG, vitals, etc.)
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete timely and accurate documentation (within 24 hours)
- Audit charts, medication records, and treatment documentation
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and program standards
Pharmacy & Provider Coordination
- Communicate with pharmacies, physicians, and outside providers
- Coordinate medication processing, insurance, and authorizations
Team Support & Coverage
- Provide support across detox and residential programs
- Assist with coverage to maintain continuity of care
- Communicate updates to clinical and operations teams
- Support team members with medication-related questions
Minimum Qualifications
- Active LVN license (California)
- 1+ year experience in SUD or behavioral health
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
- Valid California Driver’s License
Preferred
- Experience in detox or residential treatment settings
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
