COMPENSATION & PAY:
Pay Rate: $0.76 to $0.81 cpm based on experience (All miles paid loaded to empty).
Weekly Gross: Average $2,400 to $2,600per week.
Consistent Miles: Average 3,200 miles per week (Average haul: 600 miles).
Zero Hidden Fees: $0 Deductions. We pay for truck lease, maintenance, insurance, and tolls (EZ Pass to Pre Pass provided).
Extra Pay: $150 Layover to $25 per hour Detention (after 2 hours).
Payment: Direct Deposit every Friday.
PREMIUM EQUIPMENT (72 MPH):
2027 Volvo 860 & Freightliner Cascadia (Permanently assigned).
Truck Amenities: Inverter, APU, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Tablet.
Cameras: Event only inward to outward (Can be covered when parked).
RUNS & HOME TIME:
Route: All 48 states (NO New York City).
Freight: 100% No Touch Dry Van (70% Drop & Hook).
Home Time: 2 weeks out 2 days home
Pet Policy: Yes, pets welcome!
REQUIREMENTS:
Age 23 to 65 with a valid DOT Medical Card.
Minimum 6 months verifiable OTR experience in the past 3 years.
Max 2 moving violations and max 1 DOT accident in the past 3 years.
Max 8 jobs in the last 3 years. No active license suspensions.
Strict No SAP Policy (Lifetime).
