Duties
- Deliver engaging driving lessons to students, emphasizing safety, traffic laws, and practical skills
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning atmosphere for adult learners and new drivers
- Assist in scheduling lessons, managing student records, and coordinating appointments to ensure efficient daily operations
- Provide clear instructions and feedback to students to foster confidence and improve driving skills
- Support office tasks such as answering inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining documentation
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with both students and instructors to ensure goals are met
- Uphold safety standards during practical driving sessions and ensure compliance with all licensing regulations
Experience
- Prior experience in driving instruction or classroom teaching is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of driving techniques, traffic laws, and vehicle operation
- Proven classroom management skills with the ability to engage adult learners effectively
- Experience working with students or in educational settings that require patience and clear communication
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, or office management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions and provide constructive feedback
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in driving instruction preferred
