We're looking for an energetic, people oriented individual to join us with our grand opening in One Campus Martius! This individual would be motivated to deliver best in class service in a fast casual setting. At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we're passionate about serving fresh bagels, quality coffee, and exceptional guest experiences. As a Team Member, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment by preparing food and beverages, assisting guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bakery-café.

Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Prepare bagels, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, espresso beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.
- Restock ingredients, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Keep the dining room, service area, and kitchen clean and organized.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide fast, efficient service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and cash handling.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
