Role Summary
We are seeking a well-rounded Account Executive to join our Personal Lines team. While entry level within our agency structure, this role requires prior insurance servicing experience and the ability to manage daily service needs with moderate independence. This is the perfect role for someone who already has insurance experience but is looking for a team where they can continue to grow and build a long-term career.
Responsibilities
- Process policy changes and endorsements
- Handle mortgagee updates, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Respond to inbound calls and emails
- Provide billing and coverage support
- Generate insurance documents and ID cards
- Document all interactions in the agency CRM
- Support producers with post-bind servicing
- Identify cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of insurance servicing experience preferred
- Personal Lines experience strongly preferred
- 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 Florida Insurance License (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Applied Epic a plus
- Spanish speaking a plus
