Faulkner Cadillac of Trevose is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our elite service department. We don't just look for "wrenches"—we look for meticulous professionals who understand the precision and care required to service premium luxury vehicles.

Mandatory Qualifications
- State Certifications: Must possess active PA State Safety & Emission Certifications to legally perform state vehicle inspections. (Applicants without these active licenses cannot be considered).
- Experience: Minimum of2–5 years of professional, flat-rate automotive repair experience. Luxury or GM/Cadillac factory training is a massive plus, but we welcome experienced techs from all franchise or high-volume independent backgrounds.
- Essentials: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a professional toolset.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Perform high-quality mechanical and electrical diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs according to Cadillac factory standards.
- State Inspections: Execute meticulous PA State Safety and Emission inspections, documenting and communicating vehicle safety health clearly.
- Digital MPIs: Utilize modern electronic Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) software to accurately diagnose vehicle needs and communicate repair recommendations to Service Advisors.
- Efficiency & Safety: Maintain a high flat-rate efficiency rating while operating strictly within shop safety guidelines and OSHA protocols.
- Continuous Growth: Stay ahead of automotive tech curves by actively participating in manufacturer-funded training and Cadillac certification programs.
