Kendal at Hanover is a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community, home to 400 residents in Hanover, New Hampshire. We have great full-time and part-time opportunities for individuals interested in the hospitality and food service field. Positions serve as nutritional aides and servers to resident patrons of the restaurants in our Assisted Living Neighborhood.

Kendal at Hanover is seeking a full-time RN, LPN, and/or MNA. The RN/LPN/MNA provides professional nursing care as determined by the needs of the resident and their plan of care, including but not limited to: dispensing medications, administering treatments, documentation, and performing assessments in relation to health status problems of residents. The RN also participates as a member of the interdisciplinary care team.
*LOW RATIOS, NO ON CALL DUTIES*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Completing comprehensive assessments of residents as needed to monitor health status, acute changes and appropriate care interventions in required time frames.
- Demonstrating proficiency with AOD, transcribing orders, generating care plans, completing ID notes and assessments and all functions of regulatory compliance as well as acting as a resource for other staff as needed.
- Assuring quality of care by direct observation and resident visits to ensure nursing care plan followed and medications/treatments administered in accordance with MD/NP orders.
- Administering medications and treatments within their scope of practice.
- Ordering medications from the pharmacy, keeping medication carts stocked and ready for the next shift's dispensing.
RN Pay Rate: $39.49 - $44.43 per hour
LPN Pay Rate: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
