Ingenium, LLC a results driven composites company, is seeking an experienced Composites Production Manager for our Reno, Nevada manufacturing facility.
Production Manager
Responsibilities
Manage and improve production operations to ensure on-time/on-budget delivery of quality products.
Duties
- Manufacturing capacity planning and program scheduling
- Maintain facilities and equipment
- Good understanding of Lean manufacturing tools
- Supervision of production staff
- Staff training and development
- Resource allocation
- Understand and enforce the ISO-9000 Quality system
- Develop composite manufacturing process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Credentials
- Have hands-on experience with composite materials and processes
- Proficient in composites manufacturing vacuum bagging processes
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a semi-skilled, multi-cultural work force
- Proficiency in MS Office products
