Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits is a luxury portrait studio with multiple locations across four states. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Portrait Photographer & Client Experience Specialist to join our Franklin, TN studio.
Our clients come to us for more than beautiful portraits-they come for an unforgettable experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate about photography, naturally outgoing, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. From making Excitement Calls before a client's session to photographing them in the studio, you'll play an important role in creating an experience that leaves every client feeling welcomed, cared for, and excited.
- Thursday-Sunday
- Four 10-hour shifts (30-40 hours per week)
- Three consecutive days off each week
This position combines professional portrait photography with exceptional client care.
About a week before each client's appointment, you'll make our signature Excitement Calls-friendly, conversational phone calls designed to build anticipation for their upcoming portrait session. During these calls, you'll answer questions, review important session details, offer helpful preparation tips, and help clients feel confident and excited about their experience.
These aren't scripted sales calls. We're looking for someone who enjoys genuine conversation, builds rapport naturally, and knows how to make every client feel comfortable, valued, and excited.
You'll also assist clients who need to reschedule or cancel appointments by confidently explaining our studio policies while maintaining a compassionate, solutions-oriented approach.
When clients arrive at the studio, you'll continue that exceptional experience by creating beautiful portraits in a fun, engaging, luxury environment.
- Create an exceptional luxury experience before, during, and after every portrait session.
- Conduct Excitement Calls with upcoming clients to build excitement, answer questions, review session details, and help clients prepare for their appointment.
- Communicate studio policies professionally while assisting clients with rescheduling and cancellation requests.
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide an elevated, welcoming studio experience.
- Photograph families, couples, children, and pets while creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere.
- Combine our established posing workflow with creative adjustments tailored to each client.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of lighting, posing, composition, and portrait photography.
- Keep the studio, reception area, and dressing rooms clean, organized, and client-ready.
- Organize and properly care for studio wardrobe after each session.
- Complete required client documentation and session reports.
- Collaborate with teammates to provide a seamless client experience.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout every stage of the client journey.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2+ years of portrait photography experience.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable client experiences.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and building authentic relationships.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to communicate studio policies confidently while remaining empathetic and professional.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Dependable, accountable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must genuinely enjoy working with children and animals while maintaining an efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
