Server needed for our Fast/Casual Restaurant!
Our fast/casual restaurant is looking for a part-time Server to join our team in the up-and-coming West Adams area of Los Angeles (east of Culver City)!
We offer a fun, fast/casual dining environment and seek a candidate who can offer our guests an awesome experience!
We are looking for general open availability. Tips are pooled between all team members.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the menu and Restaurant services.
- Be an expert on all aspects of our food and beverage program.
- Cross train across all stations and positions in the restaurant.
- Consult customers on wine purchases as well as up-sell when appropriate.
- Be able to complete all closing procedures nightly.
- Follow established safety and sanitation procedures for food handling.
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Experience:
- With 1+ years of recent fast/casual dining experience.
- Be eager to learn.
- Be a fast learner, self-motivated and reliable.
- Knowledge of a POS system & 3rd party delivery apps.
- Be skilled at organization, prioritization, and execution.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Food Handlers certification/RBS Certification.
- Excellent References.
