We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a high-visibility corporate finance team. This position will play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, financial analysis, and executive reporting while partnering closely with finance leadership across the organization.
The ideal candidate is analytical, ambitious, and looking to grow beyond traditional accounting responsibilities into a more strategic finance-oriented role.
Prepare monthly forecast packages, including:

Income Statement

Balance Sheet
-
Cash Flow Statement
Support annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning processes
Maintain analyst summaries and related financial reporting used by executive management
Analyze key balance sheet and income statement accounts, including:

SG&A by functional area
-
Working capital
-
Inventory
-
Accounts Receivable
-
Accounts Payable
-
Accrued compensation and expenses
Compile and analyze pretax income reporting by legal entity for tax planning purposes
Prepare weekly forecast updates and variance analyses against prior guidance
Develop pro forma financial packages related to acquisitions and growth initiatives
Support AI integration and reporting automation initiatives
Create executive-level reporting and ad hoc financial analyses
Partner with controllers, finance leaders, and operational teams across the organization

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-
3+ years of accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance experience
-
Strong understanding of financial statements and forecasting concepts

Advanced Excel skills

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis preferred

Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to interact effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
