Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, multi-talented Kitchen Utility & Line Prep Support team member. Because of our steady dining pace, this role goes beyond traditional dishwashing. You will be a vital hybrid teammate—maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness, handling periodic deep cleaning (such as fryers and heavy equipment), assisting with front-of-house table bussing, and jumping in to help line cooks on the salad and fryer stations during busy rushes.

Key Responsibilities
- Dish & Equipment Sanitation: Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Deep Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform periodic deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, including fryers, hood filters, prep areas, and line stations. Maintain floor cleanliness (sweeping/mopping) and handle waste disposal.
- Front-of-House Support: Assist with bussing tables, clearing dining areas, and supporting catering setups as needed.
- Culinary & Line Assistance: Assist line cooks during peak volume periods with basic prep, salad station setup, and fryer station management under the direction of the culinary team.
Qualifications & Candidate Preferences
- Experience: Prior kitchen, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
- Line Experience Premium: Candidates with prior experience supporting line cooks on salad and fryer stations will be offered premium compensation and receive top consideration.
- Availability: Candidates with broad, open shift availability will be given favorable consideration.
- Location: Ability to reliably commute to Sarasota, FL 34243.
