POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing & Events Coordinator will play a key role in building Naturspire’s marketing presence across social media platforms, community events, and local networking opportunities. This person will help develop and organize marketing initiatives while creating engaging content that showcases our projects, team, and brand.
The ideal candidate is creative, outgoing, self-motivated, and excited to take ownership of marketing efforts in a fast-growing company environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media & Content Creation
- Visit Naturspire installation sites to capture photos and videos
- Create engaging content for:
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Produce reels, short-form videos, project highlights, and promotional content
- Assist in planning and organizing social media campaigns
- Maintain a consistent brand image and voice across all platforms
- Schedule and manage social media content
Event & Community Marketing
- Attend networking events and represent Naturspire professionally
- Assist with setup, organization, and execution of marketing events
- Coordinate sponsored events such as golf outings, trade shows, and community partnerships
- Help manage promotional materials, signage, and event logistics
- Build relationships with community members, vendors, and potential clients
Marketing Strategy & Organization
- Help organize and execute marketing plans and campaigns
- Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and community engagement
- Brainstorm creative marketing ideas and promotional strategies
- Track marketing activities and campaign performance
- Collaborate with leadership on long-term marketing goals
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable attending events and interacting with people professionally
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Basic photography and videography skills preferred - with phone or camera
- Experience with Canva, Reels, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Reliable transportation for local events and project site visits - work vehicle available
- Previous marketing, communications, event, or content creation experience is a plus
