As our North American operations continue to evolve, we’re seeking an experienced IT Manager to help connect technology with business strategy and play a key role in our digital transformation journey.
This is a unique opportunity to partner with executive leadership and our Global IT organization to implement enterprise technologies, improve business processes, and help shape the future of technology across our North American operations.
This position is ideal for a collaborative technology leader who enjoys solving business challenges, leading strategic initiatives, and driving meaningful change. While you’ll work closely with Global IT, your primary focus will be partnering with the business to deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency, support growth, and create long-term value.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary IT partner for Montaplast’s North American business operations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and Global IT to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead and coordinate the local implementation of enterprise technology projects, global IT initiatives.
- Partner with Global IT to help implement SAP, ERP, and other enterprise business systems while driving process standardization.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance through automation, artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, and other emerging technologies.
- Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee productivity.
- Support cybersecurity awareness, enterprise technology standards, and IT governance.
- Coordinate technology vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
- Promote the successful adoption of new technologies through effective communication, collaboration, training, and change management.
- Build strong partnerships across manufacturing, engineering, logistics, quality, finance, human resources, and other business functions.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in Information Technology, Business Systems, ERP, or technology leadership.
- Experience implementing, supporting, or leading SAP or similar ERP initiatives preferred.
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience preferred.
- Experience working within a global or matrix organization is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives while building collaborative partnerships throughout the organization.
- Passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges and continuously improve organizational performance.
