Role Title: On-Call Substitute Teacher
FLSA Status: Part-Time Non-Exempt
Reports to: Division Director
Direct Reports: N/A
Main Purpose of the Role: Substitute teachers provide classroom support in Kindergarten–Grade 4 and lead subject-specific classes for Grades 5–8. Substitute teachers will also perform school-related duties, including lunch and recess supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage with students in classroom activities

Use effective classroom management strategies

Implement lesson plans when applicable

Supervise students at recess and lunch

Use technology as needed

Maintain the tidiness of the classroom
