Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of hygiene.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, polishing, buffing, or carpet cleaning to ensure pristine flooring throughout the property.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during cleaning visits.
- Follow proper sanitation procedures when handling waste disposal and cleaning chemicals to ensure safety for all.
- Assist with light cooking or kitchen cleaning tasks as needed to support overall household or facility operations.
- Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services; hotel or residential cleaning experience is highly valued.
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with laundry procedures and handling household or hotel linens efficiently.
- Experience with commercial cleaning tools and supplies; certification in housekeeper management is a plus.
