Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers and Teacher Assistants to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote child development and learning.
- Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and rest periods to ensure safety and engagement.
- Support children with daily routines, including diapering, toileting, feeding, and hygiene practices in accordance with health guidelines.
- Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and social skills among children.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards.
- Assist in documenting developmental milestones and preparing reports for early intervention or special education needs when applicable.
Experience
- Prior experience working with young children in daycare centers, preschools, or similar settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (including Pediatric First Aid) is required; ongoing training is encouraged.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
- Familiarity with mandated reporting laws to ensure compliance with child protection regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement techniques.
- Previous caregiving roles such as babysitting or nannying that involved child supervision and development instruction are beneficial.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
