HR MGMT 10, LLC is seeking dependable and customer-focused Field Support Representatives to join our team. This hourly position is vital for maintaining and enhancing relationships with retail partners by providing outstanding support, education, and promotional assistance. As part of the Muha Meds Sales Academy Qualifying Program, this role offers consistent hourly pay with performance-based bonuses and clear growth opportunities.
- Take and manage orders, including invoicing and tracking.

Conduct budtender education sessions to enhance product knowledge and retail performance.

Monitor store stock levels and ensure the implementation of approved promotions.

Perform walk-in visits to retail stores to maintain positive relationships and address inquiries.

Deliver marketing materials to retail partners as needed.

Respond promptly to general store inquiries and provide solutions to improve client satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.

Completion of the Muha Meds Sales Academy program.

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or field support roles is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
