Duties
- Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or organizing ingredients when needed (very minimal, but could be more)
- Aid in general kitchen cleaning including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to ensure a hygienic workspace
- Follow food handling safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy morning shifts
Experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with food service environments is a plus
- Basic understanding of food handling safety standards and cleaning procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending comfortably
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and attention to detail

We are looking for someone to take over this position of Friday-Saturday-Sunday mornings and Monday night. It is a full time position over 4 days, averaging around 10 hours per day.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
