Job Overview
We are seeking reliable, motivated, and safety-focused Delivery Drivers to join our FedEx Ground team. Drivers will operate company-provided vehicles to deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a fast-paced environment.
This is a physically active, independent role ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the road and staying busy.
Work Schedule
- ONE WEEKEND DAY BIWEEKLY REQUIRED (Required)
- Typical start time: 8:00 AM – until route completion
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle at all times
- Deliver 100–180+ stops per day (inner City Routes)
- Follow assigned routes and meet delivery deadlines
- Load and unload packages (up to 150 lbs with assistance)
- Use a handheld scanner for deliveries and tracking
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Follow all FedEx safety and service standards
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
- Clean driving record (last 3 years)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physically able to handle packages and work in all weather conditions
- Dependable with strong attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Delivery driving experience (FedEx, Amazon, UPS, DHL, etc.)
- Experience driving large vans or box trucks
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
