About the Role
As an Experienced Holiday Light Installer / Lead Technician, you'll lead installation crews, oversee job quality, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading others, solving problems in the field, and delivering exceptional workmanship. You'll play an important role in creating memorable holiday displays while helping train and support newer installers throughout the season.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead crews installing and removing professional Holiday lighting displays
- Install lights on rooflines, trees, shrubs, and commercial properties
- Train, mentor, and support installation team members
- Troubleshoot lighting systems and resolve installation challenges
- Coordinate daily job site activities and keep projects on schedule
- Maintain safety standards and quality workmanship
- Load, organize, and manage installation materials and equipment
What We're Looking For
- Previous professional Holiday light installation experience required
- Leadership or crew management experience preferred
- Reliable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and elevated surfaces
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Valid driver's license required
- Available to work overtime and Saturdays throughout the holiday season
