Bonus Opportunity: Additional compensation for demonstrated proficiency in professional paint correction and ceramic coating installation.
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Initial Evaluation Period: 60 Days

Position Summary
The Automotive Detailer is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and presentation of customer vehicles throughout every stage of service. This includes routine detailing, final delivery preparation, paint protection services, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and understands the level of care required when working around high-value automobiles.
Primary Responsibilities
The Contractor will be expected to perform duties including, but not limited to:
- Exterior hand washing using proper wash methods.
- Interior detailing and cleaning.
- Wheel, tire, wheel well, and engine bay cleaning.
- Paint decontamination procedures.
- Application of waxes, sealants, and protective products.
- Vehicle delivery preparation.
- Maintaining detailing equipment and supplies.
- Maintaining a clean and organized detailing area.
- Safely moving customer vehicles around the facility when authorized.
- Reporting any vehicle concerns or damage immediately.
- Following all Wragth Motorsports operating procedures and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, preference will be given to candidates with experience performing:
- Multi-stage paint correction
- Ceramic coating installation
- Wet sanding
- Machine polishing
- Luxury, exotic, or performance vehicle detailing
- Paint protection film preparation
Candidates capable of independently performing paint correction and ceramic coating services may qualify for additional performance-based bonuses.
Vehicle Care Standards
Our customers trust us with vehicles ranging from rare collector cars to high-performance builds valued well into six figures.
Accordingly:
- Every vehicle must be handled with the highest level of care.
- Proper wash media, microfiber management, drying methods, and polishing techniques are required at all times.
- Dirty towels, contaminated pads, or improper detailing procedures are unacceptable.
- Every vehicle should be treated as though it were your own.
Any scratches, swirl marks, burns, buffer trails, or other damage resulting from improper detailing procedures may result in immediate termination of the contractor relationship and financial responsibility where permitted by law.
Quality is always expected. Speed comes second.

Compensation
- $15.00 per hour
- Paid as a 1099 Independent Contractor
- Performance bonuses available for demonstrated paint correction and ceramic coating proficiency
- Opportunity for increased responsibilities based on performance
Initial 60-Day Evaluation Period
All new contractors begin with a 60-day evaluation period.
During this time, Wragth Motorsports will evaluate:
- Work quality
- Attendance and reliability
- Productivity
- Care of customer vehicles
- Communication
- Professionalism
- Ability to follow shop procedures
- Overall fit within company operations
Successful completion of the evaluation period does not guarantee future work but may result in continued opportunities and expanded responsibilities.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
During the course of performing services for Wragth Motorsports LLC, the Contractor may have access to confidential and proprietary business information.
Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:
- Customer identities and vehicle information
- Vehicle build specifications
- Calibration and tuning information
- Shop operating procedures
- Pricing, estimates, and financial information
- Vendor relationships
- Marketing plans
- Product development
- Business strategies
- Internal documents
- Customer photographs, videos, and media
- Celebrity, manufacturer, prototype, or private client projects
- Any information that is not publicly available
The Contractor agrees to:
- Keep all confidential information strictly confidential.
- Use confidential information solely for performing services for Wragth Motorsports LLC.
- Not disclose confidential information to any individual or business without written authorization.
- Not post photographs or videos of customer vehicles, shop operations, or proprietary work on social media without prior written approval.
- Not discuss customer projects with outside parties.
- Return all company property, keys, files, documents, equipment, passwords, and confidential materials immediately upon request or upon termination of the contractor relationship.
This obligation survives the end of the contractor relationship and remains in effect indefinitely unless the information becomes publicly available through lawful means.
Any breach of this section may result in immediate termination of the contractor relationship and may subject the Contractor to legal action to recover damages, attorney's fees, court costs, and any other remedies available under Texas law.
Independent Contractor Status
This position is offered as an Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity.
The Contractor acknowledges that they are responsible for:
- Federal income taxes
- State taxes, where applicable
- Self-employment taxes
- Personal insurance
- Any licenses or certifications required to perform services
Nothing contained in this agreement shall be interpreted as creating an employer-employee relationship.
