Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality work in both residential and commercial settings. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a flawless finish. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. While not required, drywall skills are also appreciated!
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Drywall skills not a requirement but are a plus!
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Perform construction painting tasks including drywall finishing and caulking.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painter
- Comfortable working on step and extension ladders
- Must have a relaible vehicle that can get you to work and jobs around Dane County
- Proficiency in using hand tools and painting equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $23.75 - $26.00 per hour
