Calling all those who love baking desserts, and bringing smiles to the community! We are looking for upbeat individuals to join us in baking a wide variety of Crumbl's famously delicious desserts while providing a welcoming and professional experience to each of our guests. This is a fast-paced position with high production standards.
We are currently looking for Bakers with Opening Availability. Hours of Operation are as follows:
- Monday-Thursday: 8AM-10PM
- Friday-Saturday: 8AM-12AM
- Sunday: Closed

This job will require awesome customer service skills and the ability to multi-task while producing products.
Baker Responsibilities:
- Read and understand recipes
- Measure and combine ingredients while using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
- Ball dough to appropriate shape and weight
- Decoration and display of finished product
- Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality standards
- Greet customers, answer questions, give recommendations, accept orders and payments, and provide exceptional customer service
- Take client information and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Clean and restock workstation and ensure that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
- Must be 16 years or older to apply for this role
- Must be 18 years or older to work with all equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must have basic math and computer skills
- Previous food experience is preferred, but not required.
- Time management skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Excellent communication skills
