Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to oversee marketing initiatives across multiple healthcare entities, including long-term care, mental health counseling, and substance abuse recovery services. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, strengthening referral networks, and building meaningful relationships throughout the communities we serve.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with healthcare marketing experience, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for increasing access to quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage a formal marketing and business development plan for multiple healthcare service lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, physicians, hospitals, case managers, social workers, community agencies, and other healthcare partners.
- Conduct outreach activities to increase brand awareness and generate referrals.
- Represent the organization at networking events, community functions, and industry meetings.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Track and analyze referral activity, marketing initiatives, and return on investment.
- Assist with digital marketing, social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, referral partners, and organizational leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing, business development, or referral management experience preferred.
- Experience in long-term care, behavioral health, substance abuse recovery, or related healthcare settings strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans and achieve growth objectives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
