Job Description
Lead Sales/ Account Manager is responsible for Selling & Collecting on new leases created at the store level. May also include Delivery/ Setup/ Return of all leasing products and also contacting all customers who’s Lease Agreements have expired and working with them in whatever way feasible to maintain the account.
This position is a SALES JOB that involves Delivery and Account Servicing! The Delivery/ Account Manager’s priority is to sell or re-sell the Lease Agreement and educate the customer rather than simply visiting to collect money. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
SELLING (Leasing New Agreements Daily) & Managemnt of said new leasing customers account. Potential to also be involved with Professional Delivery & Return of all LTO Products, service products, help with instore operations, review LTO agreements with customers, vehicle safety along with cleanliness & organization of fleet.
- Contact all customers via the phone/ email/ text or if needed in the field whose Rental Agreements have expired for non-renewal and determine the customer’s need, expectation or problem.
- Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality and consistency regarding accounts management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
