Responsibilities
- Deliver hot, cold, and specialty dishes from the kitchen to guest tables efficiently and professionally
- Ensure food presentation meets quality standards before serving
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate service flow
- Uphold food safety and handling procedures in accordance with health regulations
- Support banquet or special event service by delivering food to designated areas with precision
Skills
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper sanitation practices
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with food preparation, bussing, or kitchen operations is advantageous
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Hospitality background including hotel or culinary experience is beneficial
- Understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining attention to detail
