Job Duties:
- Supervise contract assistants
- Oversee daily operations of incoming “sold” contracts from sales
- Communicate with service dispatchers for scheduling
- Manage renewals of existing contracts
- Work with service managers to aid in process and growth
- Maintain data of contracts
- Involvement in monthly billings
- Interact with clients as needed
- Involvement in the growth of the company
Personal Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with contract management
- Degree in business – a plus
- Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of business software, SAGE, Excel, Zoho helpful
- Desire to learn and grow
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of commercial HVAC field practices, including preventive maintenance (PM) procedures, are a plus but not a requirement.
