Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces according to hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to ensure guest comfort.
- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance.
- Handle janitorial tasks such as waste removal, dusting, and surface disinfecting with precision.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in deep cleaning projects and special sanitation tasks as needed to uphold hygiene standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet extraction.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and hospitality industry standards.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
