General Job Description
Processes orders from physician’s offices and patients. Provides company billing personnel with necessary paperwork and documentation. This position is not eligible to be performed from a remote location.
Essential Job Functions
- Receiving and handling of all incoming referrals and orders per HIPPA regulations, including but not limited to:
- Patient Demographics
- Emergency Contact Information
- Insurance Information and Verification
- Physician Information
- Diagnosis
- Billing Information
- Informs patient of insurance policy benefits.
- Assists in the inventory control of rented equipment.
- Responsible for meeting quotas and following time guidelines as put forth by Department Lead.
- Communicates with warehouse personnel to provide the patient’s equipment and supplies.
- Scanning and uploading all pertinent patient information.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Complete on-call rotation for emergencies
- Other duties as requested
- Assist with deliveries when needed.
