Our company is currently seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide professional home care needs throughout the seven cities of Hampton Roads Virginia in support to senior citizens and individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will work directly with these individuals, assisting them with daily tasks such as bathing & dressing, laundry & light house keeping, meal prep, medication reminders, incontinence & mobility supporter.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming and dressing.
- Assist with activities such as eating, drinking and using the toilet.
- Readjust equipment or devices for injured or disabled individuals.
- Maintain resident's living environment and surroundings.
- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding resident's health status.
- Communicate changes in health status to office & healthcare responsible party
- Support in fostering and sustaining emotional security
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
