We are currently hiring Local CDL-A Company Drivers to join our team in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. If you're looking for a stable, full-time driving position with consistent freight, competitive pay, and home daily routes, we'd love to hear from you.
Compensation
- Starting Pay: $28/HR
- $1/HR annual merit raises, up to $32/HR
- Full-Time Position
- Average 40–50 hours per week

Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL Class A commercial vehicle.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Transport freight safely and efficiently.
- Secure all loads according to DOT regulations.
- Complete required DOT logs and paperwork accurately.
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety policies.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and management.
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 23 years of age
- Valid CDL Class A License
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Minimum 2 years of recent CDL-A driving experience
- No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years
- No serious traffic or CDL violations within the last 3 years
- Stable employment history
- Strong commitment to safety
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
