Summary:
North Valley Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Boys Volleyball Coach for the 2026-2027 Spring season. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about volleyball and committed to developing student athletes both on and off the court.
Responsibilities:
· Provide instruction on volleyball fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship
· Support player development and skill-building
· Help foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined team environment
· Serve as a positive Christian role model for student-athletes through conduct, attitude, and leadership.
· Ability to work collaboratively with school administration, parents, and athletic staff
· Must possess a strong Christian background and demonstrate values consistent with Christian principles and teachings.
Qualifications:
· Volleyball coaching and/or playing experience
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Passion for working with and mentoring high school students
· Ability to commit to practices, games, and team activities during the spring season
We are especially interested in candidates who can bring a positive presence and strong Christian values to our team culture.
Must have or be willing to obtain the following certifications:
*Coaching Mental Wellness
*Concussion in sports
*Fundamentals of coaching
*Sudden cardiac arrest
*CPR, First Aid, AED
* Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
