Business Center Assistant Manager
When you join our team as a Business Center Assistant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Business Center. This includes orchestrating customer orders and inquiries, managing employees, scheduling shifts, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience. As a manager within our organization, you are tasked with developing new ways to improve customer service and increase sales; work closely with other managers and departments in the organization to develop strategies to achieve department & company goals.

MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Business Center Assistant Manager typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
- Receive and complete business customer orders while assuring quality, deadlines, and accuracy standards are all met.
- Communicate daily with business customers via phone, text, and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow food safety guidelines of temperature sensitive customer orders by using proper food storage methods.
- Facilitate product availability, special sale, and new item inquiries from business customers and communicate with the necessary parties to assure sale completion.
- Investigate any billing/order fulfillment complaints and rectify any possible discrepancies with customer orders.
- Managing the store’s operations including cash handling, accurate check out procedure, register reconciliation, order fulfillment, billing/invoicing and customer service.
- Training new employees in the duties and responsibilities associated with their position within the company.
- Resolve any customer related issues to a suitable level of satisfaction while keeping in mind the company policies and procedures.
- Monitoring employee performance to ensure that they are performing their responsibilities to meet and or exceed company standards.
- Monitoring productivity and attendance.
- Maintain a clean an organized work area, as well as monitor the lot and lot attendants.
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of their team, resolves issues when possible, and escalate issues to the appropriate level of support and/or leadership when necessary.
- Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations; maintaining security systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the Business Center.
- As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior management experience a must
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
