Farm Hand & Groundskeeper at Hunt Club Farm
Hunt Club Farm is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Petting Farm Groundskeeper to support the daily maintenance and cleanliness of our petting farm and surrounding grounds.
This position is well-suited for individuals who prefer working outdoors, value independent work, and are comfortable around animals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of animal enclosures, barns, and farm grounds
- Inspect and support the maintenance of farm structures and outdoor areas
- Load and unload deliveries, including hay, straw, and supplies
- Perform general labor and groundskeeping tasks
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Operate basic landscaping and farm equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for animals, staff, and visitors
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in close proximity to livestock, birds, and other animals
- Strong work ethic with a dependable and professional attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends and on-call shifts as needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs
- Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching
- Ability to work efficiently in various weather conditions
- Drivers License

The ideal candidate is a dependable, hardworking individual who has a genuine interest in working with animals and gaining hands-on farm experience. They are self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an outdoor environment, in all weather, while also contributing positively to a small, family-owned team.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
