Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving concerns professionally
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards in accordance with food industry regulations
- Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous

Pay: $23.65 - $28.48 per hour
