We are currently accepting applications for potential elementary and middle school teaching positions for the 2026-2027 school year. Opportunities may include both full-time and part-time positions. Position Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Assess student learning and provide timely feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student progress
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members and administration
- Integrate faith and character development into the educational experience
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities
- Support and uphold the mission and values of Bethany Lutheran School
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Teaching credential preferred
- Previous classroom teaching experience preferred
- Strong instructional and classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organized, flexible, and collaborative mindset
- Passion for student growth and academic excellence
- Commitment to building positive relationships with students and families
- Ability to support the Christian mission and values of Bethany Lutheran School
