What we’re searching for:
· High school diploma (or equivalent)
· Must be able to work 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Bilingual-Spanish a plus!)
· Friendly, client-focused personality
· High attention to detail
· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
· Basic computer skills
· Works well independently and as part of a team

As a Customer Service Representative, you can expect:
· Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
· 8-hour shifts
· No nights or weekends required
· Excellent work/life balance
What you will do:
· Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
· Help with basic billing and account questions
· Working with dispatch to provide shipment updates
· Support sales and other internal teams as needed
· Deliver a prompt, accurate, and positive customer service experience
· Keep clear and detailed records of customer interactions, questions and concerns
· Help resolve customer questions or issues with thoughtful solutions and alternatives
· Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients
