Our HI attorney would work closely with our small team of HI lawyers with the assistance of a large Legal Assistant support staff. This position is remote and requires some travel to court.

Qualifications
- Required Education - JD
- Actively barred in Hawaii
Bonus Qualifications
- Knowledgeable regarding litigation practice, and federal statutes such as the FDCPA
- Actively barred in additional states
- Resides in Honolulu, HI
Responsibilities
- Regularly appear remotely in court - with some in person (if applicable)
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Review and approve pleadings and correspondence
- Negotiate and work to resolve matters prior to trial
- No billable hours requirement
